My boss is relocating an employee from Istanbul to Bulgaria, and has asked me to find someone to help

Please reply providing a brief introduction and describe (briefly) how you would complete the tasks below, within the time budgeted.

Time commitment scheduling: 2 hours per day, every second day, 2 times or 3 times per week, depending on requirements,

Task 1: Finding rental accommodation: a two room apartment in Bulgaria.

Task 2: Finding professional advisers for residency permit application processing.

Task 3: Obtaining quotations from a truck shipping companies to transport personal effects and furniture from Istanbul.
