I am doing a small project and am on the lookout for FPGA and software developer to work on a prototype.
We are creating a product that is very similar to SmallHD monitors where we take a HDMI signal, process that signal and display that video signal plus overlays such as histograms, false colour and 3D LUTS.
What we require for this prototype is the ability to turn these features off and on (Histogram and False Colour) as well as switch between 3D LUTs loaded on an SD card as well as turning them off. Process 1920x1080 HD video feeds with minimal delay. Turning these features on and off as well as selecting LUTs would be done via buttons/switches, no touch screen or other interface required.
We do not yet have an FPGA in mind. We would need a development board with HDMI in and out, such as the Digilent Arty Z7.
Knowledge of the video processing and features listed above would ideally be required.

I have worked in digital image processing industry targeting hd tv sets. Have worked with many FPGA families from Xilinx. What features will you need and what frame rate are you targeting? (60?)
