Milestone 5: Where possible, add names of specific recipients of the award by adding and using a column marked "official" and another column marked "unofficial." However, for this milestone, if you disagree with several credits for nominations, use only the credits for winners (which should be more accurate) and do not supply unofficial names for nominees.

The attached file is a template. Remove the data in the template or make your own file. Start a new spreadsheet for each award group.

Milestone 6: Tally game, developer, publisher, and individual nominations and wins across all award groups, including the one attached, but see me first.

In your response/bid, it must be absolutely clear that you read the project, looked at the file(s), and have something intelligent, clear, or informative to say about what you saw, or you will not be considered. Please do not reply with long boiler plate messages or credentials, or we will suspect an automated reply and it will count against you. Asking any kind of question showing your insight into the project outcome is considered a major plus.

Clarification on Milestone 5: Unofficial names can be derived by searching for a game at http://www.mobygames.com/ and reviewing the credits document for the game if available. When assigning unofficial attributions, use the following guidelines: For any category, disregard "Senior" credits. For any Game of the Year genre category, producers other than executive producers should get the attribution unless there is a creative director. If too many producers are equally tiered and there is no creative director, a lead designer can be substituted.

The following comments should be read after viewing the attached template:

1. For the work of this project, AWARDED AS and CATEGORY will always be identical.
2. The TITLE and NOMINEE only differ for performance and song categories.
3. Unofficial names should be included when you are confident. When not confident, you can always ask me, and after about 10-20 queries you will probably feel as if you have grasped the intended attribution process.
