Resume Extractor Wanted

I need a programmer that has experience with extracting resumes from JOB Sites and has an existing extractor.

I need an extractor that pulls thousands of resumes from job sites or other sources.

Extractor should pull Only Resumes of people interested in Jobs for only these categories:

Sales

Biz Dev

Marketing

Telecommuting

Advertising

Extractor should extract data that list their: Name, Email, Phone,Date and Type of Job they seek.

The program should pull USA Resumes extract email and send back a response automatically.

Winning bidder must experience with extraction programs that pull from Job sites.

Please show demos, examples etc. of past experience.

I would get all rights to the software. Or a working software program may already be in existence. Let me know.
