Real estate brokerage needs Virtual back office manager
$15-25 USD / time
Must have back office experience in real estate brokerage management. We are a new real estate brokerage with 32 agents (and growing fast) seeking employee with back office real estate experience to work as virtual support for agents including management, entering new agent data, review of contract paperwork, calculating commissions for transaction payouts, transaction support and overall management of a backend real estate office. You must have a phone number for agents to call. This is very part time to start but we are growing fast. Our goal is to grow to 1000 agents in Florida. You will be using a real estate brokerage back office management system to manage agents and information. You can work from home but must be able to work virtually in United States EST hours from 9-5 M-F and possibly some weekends too. Again not full time at the moment so this is an hourly job with increasing hours. Long term permanent position.
