Dynamics 365 customisation - Contractor management

Expressions of interest if this can be done. I would like to customise Dynamics 365 to manage contractors. Features I would like to have:
- When adding a subcontractor contact, having multiple tickboxes as custom field for what they specialise in, example, cabling, programming, product specialist, etc.
- Ability to quickly generate a contact list based on above criteria including the grading per contact as below.
- IDEA: not sure what can be done, but looking into a review section for the contractors, maybe even a form that is sent to a client after a project is closed. Some way of grading site work quality.
Any other ideas welcome. The idea is to eventually have a database of hundreds of contractors with the ability to send contractors invite to tender based on criteria or experience factors. I'm hoping someone out there has some experience with using Dynamics 365 for this purpose.
UPDATE: I did a more detailed spec as below.
- OPTIONAL - Contractor onboarding (induction questionnaire form creation and subcontractor agreement)
- Contractor qualifier
○ Licences
○ Product certifications
○ Checklist of qualifiers (Cabling specialist, product specialist, etc.)
- Document expiry tracking
○ Expiry contractor auto-notifications and upload forms
○ Licences
○ Product certifications
○ Insurances
- Tender generation and sending filtered by qualifiers and document expiry
- Work order generation upon accepting tender, preferably automated by tender agreement received.
Tender generation doesn’t have to be too advanced. All I really need is to send a job scope, deadline, priority, and estimated cost to qualified contractors. Perfection would be a link in the email to express interest in the job that can be accepted in Dynamics 365.
Contractor onboarding is optional at the moment as this process can easily be managed separately. Being they are contractors, this documentation is once off. Site inductions are generally managed by the clients.
