ATTENTION: DO NOT offer solutions based on:
a. copying the URL through the clipboard
b. using system hooks like SetWinEventHook
c. using the Chrome history file

To demonstrate the functional we need a Windows console application (exe) that looks at the active window – if that window is Chrome than take the URL from the active tab. If I change the tab, the application should get the URL from the new tab. The code must work even when Chrome is used in incognito / private mode. The sample must work on Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 (we will test it).
