Iconic cartoon character for a book cover

For the front cover of a series of foreign language phrasebooks: a friendly cartoon hare (called "Flash") dressed like a superhero, with a costume and cape, and a lighting-flash icon on his chest. He will be looking out of the book cover as if he's speaking to the reader. I will be placing this image on the right-hand side of each book cover and adding speech bubbles (of different sizes) containing foreign language text appropriate to the book content. I would also like another graphic of the same character in a "fists-on-hips" power pose, that I can use on my website. Happy to pay per picture, and to include artitistic acknowledgments in the books, eg "Flash The Hare drawn by ....".
