Hello I need a .exe which works to remind the date before 15 days . Details:

There is a template for users can log in and write problems-make any change on the problems . The users can specify the date which is the date of problem will be [login to view URL] 15 days of specified date the exe reminds users by email with the message " There is a problem you have not solved " .

I will send the documents of templates to person that i deal with .
