Data base

I need to have someone create a system that will extract information from a web site (data base) and then place that information in excel. I should be able to set parameters then the system should look for that information and find it. I had this done about a year ago. I had a problem with my server and now I need to have the system recreated. The person who did last year got it done within a week. You do not have to bid until had a chance to explain all that I need done. Please provide me with your contact info and let me know if you have ever done anything like this.
