Structural Design of a House with 3D rendering

We have an area for building a house for my parents. We want to have some alternative floor plans and exterior design/land visualisation for the house.

Here are our requirements:

+ General Aspects

-- Area for the house and available space for the building is attached as Sketchup file in real measures.

-- Building area should be 99m2 max.

-- Modern style villa design (easy-constructable) is desired.

-- 1 floor house. 2 Bedrooms,1 living room with integrated kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 small pantry (for kitchen equipments), and a veranda

-- House entrance will be max 1m high from the ground.

-- External wall thickness is 20cm.

-- Internal wall tickness may be between 16-20cm

-- Width for Internal doors is 90cm

-- Width for Entrance Door may be between 100-120cm

-- Roof may be flat or classical triangle style. It depends on the exterior design.

-- Window size and style depends on the exterior design. No restrictions.

-- Underfloor heating will be applied, so no need for any space for internal heating equipments

-- 4m2 (2x2m) solar panel will be placed on the roof. (Example image for the panel is attached)

-- Minimum Corridor/hallway width is 120cm (if used in design)

-- Minimum Veranda size is 2.5m x 3m

-- Veranda may have railings.

+ Bathroom

-- Must be minimum 5m2.

-- Door with may be 80cm in minimum

-- Only one bathroom is enough both for bath and toilet.

-- Bathtube is not needed. Only a shower cabin is needed.

-- Washing Machine will be placed in bathroom

-- One sink is needed in bathroom.

-- A small closet may be placed for the bathroom stuff.

+ Living room

-- Living room (with integrated kitchen) must be 15m2 in minimum

-- In Living room's integrated kitchen side, 1 refigirator, 1 dishwasher, 1 buillt-in cooker/aspirator, 1 oven and kitchen cabinets is needed.

-- Small pantry (maybe 3m2) should have a door with a width 80cm in minimum. Easy reach of the pantry from the kitchen side is a plus.

-- A dinner table for 4 people and seats is needed near kitchen side. (Table style depends on the designer. May be integrated to kitchen countertops, may be an independent island style with underneath cabinets, or a classical table etc)

-- In living area we should have one 42" LCD TV (may be mounted to wall for area benefit or may be put on a suitable furniture unit) 1 corner sofa, 2 bergeres

+ Bedrooms

-- One bedroom may be slightly bigger than the other. (optional)

-- Bigger one should have 1 full-size clothes cabinet, 1 low dresser, 1 double bed

-- Second bedroom will have 1 double bed and a small clothes cabinet.

+ Veranda

-- A 4-people table and seats is needed in veranda. (Classical table and seats may be used or the designer may use an integrated style seats. Depends on his choice)

-- Entrance of the house may be from Veranda, it's a plus.

+ Exterior Area

-- A garage for one car is needed. Garage area is excluded in building area. Garage will not be a building. Only a roofed standart area is enough.

-- Garage (12m2) must be placed considering the roads near the land (Roads are marked in ground plan)

-- A small outside shed (approx 12m2 in area) for garden equipment is needed. Shed area is excluded in building area.

-- 4cm panels will be used for shed walls. No windows needed for the shed.

-- Shed roof will be a flat inclined [login to view URL] from 2.50m in highest point to 2m in lowest.

-- Adjacent Shed and garage is a plus. Potential space for those is marked as "A" in ground.

-- Preffered Garage+Shed design with measures are attached.
