I am interested in doing a 40 x 84 foot addition to a garage. I would like to have a basement below the structure the entire width and length with 12 foot side walls. The ground that the structure would rest on is undisturbed soil except for a well head that is 7' feet in diameter total. the pump and pressure tank would be moved to the basement when completed. I would like the upper deck of garage to by able to support a backhoe and bobcat loader with misc equipment for load bearing weight of aprox 70000 lbs. with 16 foot sidewalls of 2x6 framing. In a corner I would like to incorporate a 11ft long by 10 ft wide elevator to take misc equipment to lower basement. The upper deck should include a 10x12 full bath and a 4wide staircase to lower level.
