Architect/Designer for new basement layout

We are underpinning our basement and need new changes to the existing layout. Auto CAD drawings already exist, I need an architect/designer with Auto Cad skills and interior design skills to plan the space layout accordingly and produce a detailed drawing with measurements including electrical locations and lighting plans, bedroom and bathroom locations so I can present it to the contractor for ease of wall framing and installation. The deliverables will be in Auto Cad and PDF. Also, include 1 delivery with 2 additional revisions included in the scope of work. I will provide detailed original Auto Cad drawings to work with and a list of must-have requirements of rooms etc.
