We have a form that needs to submit & append to a csv file. The form is already set up we just need to make sure it aligns correctly in all browsers attached find snapshots of the form.
We also want it so when the users enters the zip code it fulls in the city, state.
we have a zipcode , city , state database already so you need to pull it form there.
We need someone who is proficient in Classic ASP.
