Starting with the Assignments
1. Student login: name, phone, email
When student enters the mandatory fields as mentioned above, the next thing is to upload the assignment with below fields
1. Assignment subject
2. Date of deadline
3. No. of assignments
4. Discount coupon (if assignments is more than 3 or like that)
2. Professor Login
It is basically open for all professors who want to work for me, Just need to enter name, address, phone no, subject expertise, optional bank account no. and a copy of agreement
3. Management Login
It is for me, Actually It is up to me that I can allow particular professor to work for me or not. More specifically I need to activate the account of professor that I allow to work for me.
4. Tutor Login: Same as professor login. It is basically for the students who are looking for tuitions or some problem solving things.
Functionality:
When student uploads the assignments, it will go to all the active professors of the particular subject in the form of price quotation request of the assignment including (deadline and no. of copies) ,professor has to reply me(management) within 1 hour , because assignment quotation remain active for 2 hour only. After that assignment request got deactivate and can not make any quotation. Also the notification to the professor can be done through SMS (that you got assignment request).
At the same time student got email or notification that we are in process of quoting your assignment price.
When management got emails from the professors, than management will select any depends upon price or reputation or any other criteria of the professor.
Now I will quote my price after having some commission and send to the client of assignment cost.
If client feel ok with price, he should allow to make payment of this assignment and when it is done , notification is back to management that payment done and notification to the professor that “congrats you win the bid of the assignment You can start work now and deliver the assignment in time”. This can be done through SMS as well.
In management portal,
I must see the active assignments, date, subjects, price, and professors quotations and no. of copies of the assignment so that I can quote my quotation price easily.
There should be an option to see status of the assignment that it is done (payment fulfilled and work started), active in progress, deactivate, failed to do etc.
Facility to search which professor done which student assignment, no. of quotations of the assignment, date wise, topic wise etc
Facility to find my profits
Facility to pay payment for each professor for his work done
Payment notification, payments should be made after 30 days of the assignment submitted date.
Account details of the professors
Etc
Student should able to see the assignment progress
Facility to refund the payment if not done in time or student got fail etc
Facility to analyze graphically of net profit, professor payments etc.
