Traffic and land use development topic writing

I am looking for highly competent writer (preferably journalists) to research and prepare monthly articles to publish in my social media outlet. The article is aimed to inform the latest development in transport and road infrastructures in NSW, Australia in the context of land use developments (i.e. for the benefits of architects and developers i.e. my client base). This is intended to be a marketing medium to establish myself as a leader in the traffic engineering space.
