Appstore install download bot

I need an appstore download bot. The bot program will need to download an app from either apple or google play appstore. Not a website download bot.

It will need to continuously create accounts and download the app.

If you don't understand this type of bot then don't apply. If you understand then apply and explain the process and how it works. If you send an generic application i will not read it.
