Short Animation

Looking to get a short animation done. Female enters bottom of screen from the left, she is followed by a little dog (shape of dog should be like a Pembroke Welsh Corgi but with a tail). As she prances across the screen she does a little twirl dance. She and the dog stop in the bottom middle of the screen and look up to watch the Northern Lights that are dancing in the sky. She then looks down at the dog and he looks up at her. They both look at the sky again. They both then continue to proceed across the screen while a pack of coyotes run completely across the screen from left to right over the hills and exit the right side of the screen as the female and dog exit screen right. The bottom 2/3rds-ish of landscape is sandhills. The top 1/3rd-ish of landscape is the sky that has the Northern Lights constantly moving/dancing. The animation only has to be as long as required to achieve this sequence. I am open to style but was thinking along the line of the following link for inspiration and style: [login to view URL] .
