Overview:
We require the creation of an Android and iOS app which will be used by members of a closed community. The apps will log need to communicate with a MySQL database. Tracking and logging of active members is priority with the addition of basic community notifications.
Requirements:
• Three member levels (blocked, standard and admin).
• Member basic profile including profile photo.
• Members can change their overall status (choice of less than five).
• Members can load, view and download documents and images to their profile (size limited).
• Admin can send notifications to all or specific members.
• Admin can edit other member’s status.
• Logging of times worked for each member according to function.
• Work times logging must be actively shown as service in notification bar.
• Review calculated work hours.
• Track and log member location.
• View each active member on a map.
• Shift calendar planning and booking with reminders.
• Admin can create login details for new members.
• Apps to be shared by community only (not on Apple App Store and Google Play).
• Information security is very important.
• We expect the latest coding platforms to be used.
Timeframe:
6 Weeks for both apps.
More Information:
• The apps shouldn’t be highly graphical but must at least look neat and be easy to use.
• Only two or three images will be supplied to use.
• We request full coding project files to be sent to us once completed for future use should you as original designer not be available when updates/changes are required.
• Communication will mainly happen between 18:00 and 20:000 GMT Mondays to Thursdays. Communication on weekends will be available but not set to specific time.
