we are building similar systems for 6 different customers, new customers all the time
project started 6 months ago
current team is 3 analysts meeting customers, writing specifications, installing, testing and 3 remote developers
need to add 4 extra developers to cope with big work load
many months of work still to go
remote working - communication by email , online chat and ftp
16 to 50 hours per week - you choose
we will consider students or offshore
paid weekly by bank transfer or western union

we are also interested in purchasing existing code - order processing, stock control, manufacturing, financial ledgers, vat - at sensible prices
we are currently developing for MySQL but are considering change to PostgreSQL to get views, stored procedures, etc.
a lot of our users have/will have Linux servers so Microsoft SQL Server is not possible
we intend to move from VBA to Java or C# when we get more developers on board and catch up on our work load
