Help me with Internet Marketing

I am about to launch my website and is geographically restricted to India. It is related to books. I am quite confident about the product and I require help with digital marketing. I do not have a fat budget and can only promise that I can give upto 20% of my ad revenue upto a year based on your work. I need you to maintain fb,twitter and g+ pages, write quality blog and share contents to promote the website. I also need you to take care of marketing the website by every other means and drive more users to the website.

As I am concentrating on Indian region, I am looking for someone from India. Let me know in what ways you can help.
