Hi I have 18 years of experience in both Customer Service (International Call Centres) and as a Recruitment Consultant (H.R) assisting U.S. UK and Australian customers and settled in the United Kingdom My areas of specialization is Recruitment, Customer service Voice/Non voice (Telesales,lead generation, Tech Support).
