In my role as technical support and implementer, I had a valuable experience as a Customer Success Intern at Obra Prima, a software designed for planning and managing construction projects. I combined my skills in personalized customer service and problem-solving with targeted communication for training new users of the system. Applying the Pin People methodology, I tailored it to meet the specific needs of each client. I excelled in creating experience surveys adapted to each client's reality and effectively managing customer interactions within the platform.
