Weekly video edit for a creative person

Another business man and myself decided to record some content after we go on our weekly runs together. We are sharing our experiences in the world of running, small business, and goal achievement. We would like to grab our audience members attention, create some engagement, and make our videos easily digestible within 10 minutes. This is new for us; we expect to keep an ongoing relationship. I'm searching for a creative person to edit/produce videos for my company on a regular basis. Please ask as many questions as you need to. Also, please feel free to get creative. I've done a very rough edit for our first episode which can be found @ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9MsygCYqmt5LhwOu69gqXg . I chopped up about 15-20 minutes of different clips to make the video and content as fluid as I could. This will give you an idea of how we'd like to conversation to be conveyed in the video. I have absolutely no skills; I would have like to have thrown in different text-over, sounds, animations, transitions, digital touchups; however, I don't have those skills.

Specifically, about these clips and this video. Our morning run was in the rain, we shot our conversation in a coffee shop, the topic was "Managing from the bigger you", the content expounds on our first video. I, Randy, typically take a few random clips around the time of shooting; hence, the drive up videos. We are reaching out to people in the running community, small business community, and those people who want to self-improve. Also, if you have any suggestions for improvements to the first episode I'd be happy to take constructive feedback.

    My apologies to everyone... the audio is REALLY bad. I'm sure i don't have to tell you that. I thought that our camera that caught a few minutes before dying had really good quality audio because of the microphone setup we had; however, i now see it has almost no audio. I will have to focus on the microphone situation. Kudos to those of you with the best quality audio with the junk you were provided by my clips.

    This is my feedback from entry #10 . i like the intro music, i like the runner, i like the voice-over portion, I like highlight about the key parts of the conversation; good job. I'd like to see how you edit the coffee shop conversation. we have one clip which has good audio from lapel microphones (the camera shut off a few minutes into our conversation so majority of our audio was picked up from a lapel microphone placed in between the two of us on the table). The background noise is okay to use.

    This is my feedback from entry #5 . i like the use of a few different effects in this video. I'd like to see a longer intro to the video. one of our video clips is filmed from a different camera with better audio. That camera shut down after a few minutes and we were then left with one lapel microphone set in between the two of us. thank you for your submission.

    This is my feedback from entry #17 . I think you did a good job with the audio. I'm not too concerned with the background noise but you've done the best job keeping our voices volume up. I like that you used music and some text. i would like to see some of the outdoor clip. the outdoor video sets up the topic of our conversation "Managing from the bigger you"

    This is my feedback to entry #15 . I don't like the adjustment to the audio. I'd rather have most of the background noise. the intro is nice. I like the text-over effects. Please see some of the other 4-star rated submissions. Some of the other submissions do a better job with intro, audio quality, shifting through different clips, and a few more graphics. I'd like to see "Episode #2, Managing from the bigger you" text. I like the other intros showing "Joe Bukartek" and "Randy Jones".
