I need this logo converted from raster to vector. Images should be black&white only (no color or grayscale) and must provided in SVG, EPS and AI formats. If you are able to provide in an autocad .dxf that would be helpful too, but that is not a requirement. I will not reject good project just because it's missing a .dxf.

The final result should be a clean high quality conversion, no auto-trace. Some of these images are derived from images and are scaled, etc. The vector should be clean of all JPG artifacts and scaling artifacts, etc. All elements should be separate so that I can easily toggle on or off the different elements. For example, later I may wish to not use the faces on the clouds, or the text, etc. I would like to easily be able to understand the layers in order to have options later. The main circle might be difficult to recreate in vector. Some slight deviations will be accepted, but the final should represent the feel of the original. The closer you can get to it, the better. The main font is Futura, The tracking and font size is varied on the bottom half.

Please provide detailed previews in your submissions so that I can accurately review the quality, you can water mark it if you like to protect your work, just don't obstruct it so bad I can't see what is there. Thanks and good luck :)
