Trifold and Wall Banner design Required in Russian

I need a trifold brochure and wall panel banner designed for a real estate exhibition. Please note that the trifold will be in the Russian language, so please only Russian speakers should apply for this job.

In addition, we will need a design for a wall panel for an exhibition stand, based largely on the trifold.

The first page/cover will just be our logo (supplied in the attached zip folder).
The inside pages (pages 2, 3 and 4) will be a selection of [3] developments (please see the attached document in zip folder to explain the text, and a folder with various images, which you can use at your discretion).

Page 5 – will be a text to explain our services and how we can help our clients.
Page 6 – we need our contact details

For the wall panel / banner, it will be approx. 2 metres x 2.4 metres, split into 2 separate banners (ie 1 metre x 2.4 m (see exact details below) – ideally I would like to use the same images/design ideas as for the trifold – we will certainly need our logo, and the rest is up to you and your design ideas.

Below are the technical/design specs for the banner (which were provided by the expo organisers).

We know that this is a lot of work for a contest, where there is no guarantee that your work will be rewarded. We appreciate this. What we are looking for is a designer who really ‘gets’ what we are after.
What we are prepared to do is to award the contest to a bidder, even when the final product is not finished, and then work with them to complete the finished work to our satisfaction -– hence the very fair price.

So, in short, you do not need to complete all of the trifold, or the wall banner - but give us an idea of what you can do, then we can work with you together to quickly finish the final product.

Also, only bid if you can finish this job (including revisions and sending final versions of your work by Sunday, 2pm European time (deadline set by expo organisers).

In the zip folder you will find the images of the 3 developments with the description etc in Russian, 2) the logo for the company (in different formats), and 3) the text of what we need for page ‘5’ / the sections of the trifold (‘Our services’), and some instructions in Russian of what we are after in soe more detail.

Finally, I will also need a .tiff image of the logo for an information stand. The logo is prepared (contained in the zip folder), I just need the size of the image to be altered to fit the dimensions of the panel (964 mm x 894mm (see below exact details). The winning bidder will be expected to provide this for us, and we have already factored into the price.
