I am looking for a design and development of a logo for my business I plan on starting called, Sparrow Human Capital. This will be a boutique consulting company focused on specific areas within human resources including, organizational design& structure, team building and leadership development.

I am looking for the logo to incorporate an actual sketch of a sparrow as the letter "S" in the word sparrow, perhaps sitting on a tree branch (see attached). This can be in ANY font - Use only black, purple, blue, gold and/or grey.

AND/OR ......

The second thought would be to make the logo a tree, half together and the other half with sparrows flying away in the distance and the word Sparrow Human Capital; in a separate part of the picture frame (see attached for photo thoughts - "add Human Capital to the word).
