Looking for a simple app to be developed. All I require the app to do is to send silent push notifications saying "Are You Dreaming?" at Random points during the day about 5 - 8 times a day. I'm looking for the developer to upload the app to the app store through my developer account. I will supply logo and description. The point in the app is to help people experience Lucid dreams.
