Why would I be making this a contest?

Because I have a lot more research questions to ask, and the best way to interview for the right person, is to set an actual task. Once I find that person I can then go to them with all my other research queries.

Different email autoresponders are better for different people depending on their needs.

I’ll tell you my needs and you tell me the one that meets my needs at the lowest price.

- I have 12,000 email subscribers
- I like putting them into an automation/workflow where they receive a series of emails (this is important to mention bcos many free plans don’t allow for workflows…or they limit the number of people that can enter a workflow even though they might appear to allow for a higher manual subscriber count).
- Each automation sends around 6/7 emails per month, meaning I’ll send at least 84,000 unique emails per month.
- in your answer, assume that my subscriber and email account is only going to get higher. That means you might tell me that X beats out Y right now, but when I add 5,000 more subscribers, Y becomes better from that point forward. Hence Y may be the better option if it is only marginally more expensive than X.

Responses that simply just give the name of the autoresponder will be rejected. The answer needs to address each of my points and give an actual cost to me per month.
