FIRST ACCEPTABLE ENTRY WILL BE CHOSEN
I need the colours changed on these documents (BUYERS ROAD MAP and SELLERS ROAD MAP) . Every part of this document that is RED , I need changed to "HouseSigma Green" (colour chip in attachments). I need the logo in the bottom right (KW) replaced with HouseSigma Vertical logo with the caption "Brokerage Independently Owned and Operated" underneath (legible but small). I also need the email in the top right changed to jeff @ housesigma.com .... no spaces.

If you somehow want to add a little more design with "house Sigma Green) that would be great, but not required
