I'm in need of a talented and detailed architect or 3D artist to create virtual renderings for the interior of my property. It's essential for the renderings to be as realistic as possible, as this property is currently on the market.

Requirements:
- Use your preferred software, be it Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or another.
- Produce virtual renderings using provided materials - images, measurements, and room descriptions.
- Deliver the completed renderings in a JPEG format for easy viewing and sharing.

Application:
Applicants should include examples of their past work, particularly those pertaining to property visualization.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in architecture or 3D artistry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing consistency and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge in using any of the mentioned software for rendering.
- Impressive sense of aesthetics and understanding of property sale requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding briefs and incorporating feedback.
- A knack for understanding property details and creating compelling visuals from it.

1. Living Room: 19" long x 13" wide.
2. Bedroom (3 windows): 11" long x 10" wide
3. Kitchen: 12" long x 9" wide
4. Bathroom: 8" long x 5" wide
5. Bedroom: 12" long x 10" wide
6. Bedroom: 10" long x 12" wide

The colors must be modern, with light grey gloss tile and drop-down ceilings with modern integrated lighting; the kitchen must have white cabinets with quartz countertops, the bathroom must have white tile on the sides and a nice light blue tile color on the back wall for contrast, 2 of the bedrooms must have modern furniture with beds. The final bedroom (3 windows) needs to be a modern office

I only need 6 pictures, one for each room.
