I am looking for a skilled photo editor to assist me in transforming a high-resolution image. The specific changes I need include:

- Replacing the current floor with a lightly patterned or parquet-style hardwood flooring.
- Extending the photo upwards.
- Replacing the walls in the image with a light, white stucco look.
- Removing a black post located in the corner of the image.
- Replacing the current view visible through the windows.

Additionally, I am seeking to improve the quality of the background while keeping the emphasis on the subject (dining table, chairs, and sideboard)

The ideal candidate should have experience in photo editing and enhancement, particularly in architectural or interior design contexts. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop is a must. A strong eye for detail and the ability to seamlessly integrate new design elements into the existing image is crucial for this project.
