PC game designs - logo, splash page & internal page

I'm building a PC game and need a logo, splash page (i.e. the page that first loads when you launch the game), and visual design for one of the key pages. The overall look and feel / interface (i.e. everything that sits around the game / the "brand") can be as modern as you like, however the game itself will be "old school" - think Jill of the Jungle, Pokemon (gameboy), that kind of style. See below specs - #3 is the only one where I'd absolutely expect the old school style to come through, though you're welcome to make the whole lot in that style.

What I need:
1. Logo - just needs the game name: "Better Boyfriend"
2. Splash - some sort of branded background, logo, "Play" button
3. Key page: Create boyfriend - See attached sketch

Please provide hi-res PNG files and source files if possible - I will need the PNGs to pick my favourite and the source files to give to the developer.

Background: the game is called "Better Boyfriend", and will follow similar concepts to games like The Sims and Farmville - you are the "girlfriend" and you have a boyfriend that you continuously improve / level up.
