Need Modern Label Design for Paint Cans

Hello!

We are a house paint manufacturer in Miami, FL, USA.

I would like to redesign our GALLON paint can labels using a modern, flat style.

I need a talented designer to come up with a template that can be used across multiple product lines. The colors would be unique to each line, but the layout would be basically the same. I would like the labels to look uniform when all the cans of paint are on the shelf next to each other.

I am attaching some competitor samples for inspiration. I don't really want to copy any of these, but I think they convey the general style I'm after: no images, few if any graphic elements, crisp letters. That said, I am flexible and always open to good ideas.

Some, if not most, of our product lines will have variations. For instance, our “Tower Pro” product line is available in three variations: Flat, Satin, Semi-Gloss. In this case I would like to have some color-coded element on the label indicate the variation (Flat=RED, Satin=GREEN, Semi-Gloss=BLUE).

FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CONTEST, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT ALL VARIATIONS -- JUST ONE IS ENOUGH.

The label size for the GALLON can is 7.2" x 21.25". However, for the purpose of this contest, I only need the FRONT side of the label. See the included blank gallon AI template.

IMPORTANT: I need the files to be created NATIVELY in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator so that I can easily edit text, colors, and graphics when needed. You will also need to provide font files.

HERE ARE A COUPLE DIFFERENT PRODUCT EXAMPLES.
FOR PURPOSES OF THE CONTEST YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE.

EXAMPLE PRODUCT #1:
product name: Tower Pro
description: Interior / Exterior 100% Acrylic Semi-Gloss Paint
variation: Semi-Gloss (blue color code)
base/color: Pastel Base
product number: 2323-1
size/fill level: 124 fl oz

EXAMPLE PRODUCT #2:
product name: Concrete Driveway Garage
description: 100% Acrylic Int/Ext Driveway & Garage Floor Paint
base/color: Stone Gray
product number: 3343-8
size/fill level: One Gallon

FILES: I am including our logo in both white font and standard (depending on how dark your background is).

I am also including an AI blank template for the gallon can labels. The two circles represent the handle holes which will be cut out. The left guide represents the overlap where the adhesive will go. The middle guide between the circles represents the FRONT of the can.

Once this contest is finished, I will also need the same design in a different size, different colors, and different products. I will likely hire the winning designer to help me finish all of these labels.

    NOTE: Thank you for your submissions. PLEASE REMEMBER that the name of the product should be replaceable without changing the design layout (we want to use this template for various product lines). Make sure your concepts will work with both a product called TOWER PRO and a product called CONCRETE DRIVEWAY GARAGE. This means that you shouldn't scale your product name size so that it just works for that specific text.
