A good way to re pay is to pay comission, since it will incentive your workers to sell more and to deal with the time spent with customer service you can pay extra based on a rating system. For example, if someone has a problem with one of your workers, the person with a problem will rate your worker after the problem has been solved and rate your worker's effort, if this rating is high enough, he'll recieve more money, this would incentive your workers to put more effort in helping any customer with any problem, since being helpful, polite and fast would increase their rating.
