Logo Design Needed for Clothing Printing - Have Concept

Hey designers, what I need is a logo for a client, they have given me the concept they are looking for and I can explain it using the images attached. What they want is a logo of a half lion half human face.

The image attached: MAIN-CONCEPT.png is what they want the lion side of the face to look like. If you can trace it or make it look very similar for the lion side of the face, that would be perfect (NOTE: EXCLUDING the object in its mouth and the Embassy writing, ladies night writing etc). To give you an idea of what they want I have attached more images, including one I made.

THE IMAGE MUST BE IN A FORMAT WHERE IT CAN BE STRETCHED WITHOUT LOSING QUALITY AS IT WILL BE USED FOR PRINTING ON CLOTHING AND DIGITAL ADVERTISEMENTS. Would prefer a PSD or similar editable file so that colours can be edited in the future.

****IMPORTANT****
The client's target market is largely African-Australian so the human side of the logo needs to be somewhat race neutral, as to not exclude their Caucasian market. They have requested the hairstyle (for the human face) to be short like a buzz cut so that can be identified by all races. I have included a picture of the haircut requested.

They have also requested if it can keep the "3D look" as in the image MAIN-CONCEPT.png. By this I mean appear 3D like MAIN-CONCEPT.jpg, but not realistic, this logo has to be placed on the side of baseball caps so we prefer it to be vector/cartoony, similar to the logowhite.jpg image attached.

EDIT: I have attached a sample baseball cap that they would be printing the logo on. The area where there is the flag logo with the N on it on the side of the cap is where the lion logo would go, either that or the back of the cap. So when designing keep in mind it has to be embroidered onto a cap.

EDIT: Please do not include the Embassy Ladies Night writing, just need the actual logo on a black/white background thanks, sorry for any confusion :)
