Hi all, many thanks for the logo designs so far. In answer to some of your queries; no we do not have a website and we will not be sealing this contest as we think that it is nice for you to see what has been submitted so far to further differentiate your designs and ensure originality. Closer to the end date we will be contacting designers direct for any slight ammends to the designs before making a final decision. A couple of requests pls: 1. Spelling for the co. name is TAHCHe'. 2. No more city skylines pls, feel free to try a symbol or some abstract derivative of a home but we are a small/niche company and are trying to differentiate ourselves from the big Australian builders of which many do have a house in the logo. Many thanks design guru's.

  it was a logo designed by some other designer for a property business and won the contest for it if m not wrong ;p
  that was for "mahad......./mand......" i dont remember the exact name as i didnt participated just viewed that contest .....but i remember the entry was orange brown design with black background only this smiley vector part wasnt there in the original version.......

Hi mtahche, I have submitted a design #117 - I have created an abstract image of a European door handle which is somewhat representative of the sleek Euro-designed homes that your company develops. The door handle also signifies the 'hand over' or 'first entry' to the new homes for your prospective clients. You'll also notice the font is of a European persuasion, I've submitted the 'e' as small caps, however if you like the design but would like to see it in lower case I can easily re-purpose.

My business style relies on good communication between customer and designer.
Therefore I would like to ask you if you are going to be involved in the process, by providing feedback and engaging in a goal-oriented dialogue with those who provide submissions with potential.
If you allow me to make a recommendation, some designers will be reluctant in participating if they sense that they will be left on their own to second guess your preferences.
Your involvement can drastically increase not just the quantity but also the quality of the submissions.
