Seriously? the first thought that came to my mind looking at that logo was a "joint" or to put it plainly "smoking weed/marijuana/cannabis". The BR colors mean nothing if the average visitor/viewer cannot get the idea at first glance. I can't understand how you were impressed by that design. The wnning profile definitely suggests a bangladeshi with a fake profile (as we freelancers know about that). I could be wrong .. maybe there really is an Azerbaijani woman who goes by the nickname Mutlu). But I don't think there is even the remotest chance you can come anywhere close to an international brand witha logo like that ... maybe small town local will work, or a place where smoking weed is legal. But good luck whatever your outcome.
