Hey there, I need a logo design for a client. Here is info on it:

- Text to be on the logo: Simone Real Estate Group, it could have SREG incorporated in there somewhere as well.
- Text color can be black, white or blue we are open to suggestions. The client seems to like gold since the reference logos all have gold lettering.
- Accent color used before was #54B948, but not tied to it.
- Logos the client likes are attached below, as well as her original logo.
- Might be good to have a house as an extra element there, but not married to it.
- Client is a lady and seems to like more girly designs.
- Needs to be easy to read from afar and bold.

The client seems pretty open about new ideas.

If the design impresses me I will use the designer for many other projects.
