Logo and 5 second animated video logo intro

I need a still logo (jpg and png with transparent background) AND a motion video clip to use as an intro to my YouTube videos.

The Brand is "Over 50 Health and Fitness" and is focused on a man over 50 getting into shape and eating a ketogenic diet.

For the video animation, I want something very similar to the video clip on the loom link provided. But instead of empty circles moving to form the logo, I want something related to the circles to include images related to "Fifty +"; "Health" and "Fitness" or "Keto" - (as an example maybe an icon of a steak, a barbell, and the numerals "50+" - I am open to your creative ideas) and it should resolve into the "Over 50 Health and Fitness" logo you create.

    Just to give everyone some insight...I like #'s 7 and 11, They are my favorites so far. What I don't like about them are the colors. I am appealing to men over 50 and I think they would respond better to a blue like RGB 50, 116, 198. I would like the final logo to be simple like the running man in #7 without the weak colors (aquas and greens). And I would like #11 if the final logo was stronger colors than the light green (except in the avocado).
