We are doing a modern residential building, and have a 2 storey height lobby that we want a modern design rendering for. The items which are already ordered and therefore are set in stone and should be in rendering are the following:

-Tiles (attached)
-Receptionist desk (attached similar design but longer)
-Our Logo to be on reception desk and possibly on back wall behind desk.
-Base colour paint which will be used is a white or very very light grey (almost white)
-Frame for windows are light grey
-Balcony on above floor looking over is light grey aluminium and glass
- The location of reception desk back wall is below tv location in movie theater above and the desk is the length of that wall (about 10 feet)

The winner will be the nicest modern design which is something we can create in reality.

- Where are the windows located?
- What type of windows? (ex. fixed floor-to-ceiling height window, sliding window, etc)
- Is there any elevator and entrance/ doorway? If so, where are these located?
- If it's possible, can you please provide a simple hand-sketch of the lobby's floor plan?
