I am in need of a cover design for my copyright license (PDF file) that I will be selling online.

I would like this cover to look high-end and expensive to show great value.

(I will be rewarding someone in the next 30 hours since I'm in a time crunch!)

- Size: Portrait PDF printer paper dimension
- I want it to look modern, clean, professional, and high-end (Luxurious but not cheesy)
