I am looking for an interior designer to help me with my duplex (2 floors) apartment. The following are my requirements:

We are looking for 3 propositions for our designs which will include the following deliverables

Furniture types and layouts with dimensions for each room
decorating elements for each room
Kitchen design with required fittings
Results of all rooms and propositions delivered in 3D

Attached is the DWG file (the red contour in the attached pictures represents the area concerned with the design not all floor)

A link with a small video of the current state of the apartment will be sent later
Design Style:
- Modern

Color Preferences:
- Neutral colors

Priority Areas for the Design:
- Living Room
- Bedrooms
- Kitchen and Dining

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in modern interior design
- Knowledge of neutral color palettes
- Ability to create functional and stylish designs for all rooms in a duplex apartment

    Hi, I have some Questions.

    1. Can I make changes to the floor and ceiling, or are they final?
    2. In the video, you sent us to have one apartment but the second apartment also has the same flooring and ceiling.
    3. I noticed that there is no TV unit in the plan. Can a TV wall or unit be incorporated into the 3D design? (Like Bed or Living)
