Innovative Logo Design for Event Consulting business

I need a talented logo designer who can combine text and symbol/icon to create a compelling logo for a consulting business. Here's what I am envisioning:

- Color Scheme: I am drawn towards cool colors, specifically blues, greens- but no purples please.

- Message: The logo should reflect a sense of innovation and creativity. I want to showcase our ability to deliver creative consulting solutions in the hospitality event space. The logo needs to be professional, but can be less formal.

The business is called Bald Eagle Consulting.

The logo will be of a simpler design, and can have a wider format as it will be used mainly in emails and as a letterhead and on the back of some vests and t shirts. Nothing too complicated and small which makes it harder to print.

The ideal consultant will have a knack for blending text and graphics seamlessly and should have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to create logos that embody the personality of a business.
