What is the name of your company, How long have you been investing, What types of investments are you looking to purchase, What areas do you prefer to invest in, how many properties did you buy last year, how many do you plan to buy this year, Do you plan to purchase and hold or flip, can you provide proof of funds?

The sellers page will also be to gather basic information such as
What is the address of the property? What year was the house built? What is the lot size? how many bedrooms and bathrooms? single story or two? How many car garage? square footage? Is the property listed? How long has the property been listed? Why are you looking to sell?

At the bottom of both the Sellers and Investors page will be a submit button that when selected needs to send the form to my email.

The website must be friendly, inviting, comfortable and at the same time professional.
