I am needing a new home page designed for our children's clothing store. I need the file submitted as a layered Photoshop file only (PSD). I have attached a general layout of the web-site, but this does not have to be adhered to if you think there is a better option.

The colours and concept of the site needs to be fresh, clean and fun. This web-site needs to be 'child' and 'parent' friendly. I also do not want the web-site looking like a stock standard template web-site.
