Challenge
Find errors and unexpected behavior on our website, www.footway.com. Help us identify what is not working properly from the user’s perspective. You should test exploratorily and focus on the functionality and user experience. The freelancers (up to 5) who can find and present the most errors in the best way will be chosen as winners. Serious errors are valued higher than less serious. In addition to this contest we are looking for several freelancers who can help us test our site periodically, so if you show that you have a good ability of testing, there is a high chance that you will be invited to do this on a regular basis.

We have 24 sites. They are functionally almost identical, but the languages are different. Feel free to choose any language that you are comfortable with but the final report should be in English. If you find what you think is poorly translated text please include that as an error too.

What we want
We want a fresh perspective, a new set of eyes pointing out what we’ve missed. You are free to choose your test device but preferably a mobile phone. We want the site to feel smooth and intuitive for all users, especially for mobile users.

Below you will find the concrete guidelines:

* Exploratory test all flows that you can think about.
* No payment should be tested which means you should not complete the purchase.
* Focus mainly on the functionality and usability, but translation or spelling errors are also welcome.
* The focus is not security, however, if you find serious security concerns we will consider those bugs as well and might pay a finders fee.
* Report the errors/bugs using our test report template in English (attached)

Delivery
We want to receive your results in the form of the linked “Usability test report” template: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1D8Q267Hlj0CphTPfQiWrbvOKk-HznWhJwLHQrvFWQlE/edit?usp=sharing
Make sure to include all the components of the report:
Title: A brief of the defect you found
Location (url): On which page the defect was found.
Summary: A short description of the defect
How to reproduce: A step-by-step description of the how you can reproduce the defect
Device: What kind of device you performed your tests on
Attachment: Attach a screenshot of the error you found
All entries that do not follow the report structure will be declined.

Compensation
We will reward the entry(ies) that provide us most value in improving our site with $100.

Important
We have a very limited capacity to answer questions or give individual feedback during the project, instead, we will give collective feedback which helps all contestants.
