design table for hot buffé in a restaurant

We have an Asian restaurant and want to serve buffé (hot food) for lunch. We want to build a cabinet with shelf to have 4-5 hot water container (https://www.expondo.se/media/image/37/23/18/1192-1_600x600.jpg) to have the food there. we want to hide the container so people don't see it.
there is a space that we don't use by a pillar that we want to extend by taking away the shelf around the pillar / or extend. and take away some tables around the area to make it wider.
