This is a paid test project for a 200 page book idea which I am currently writing. This is a sporting preview publication featuring individual profiles of players, teams and clubs in the sport of Gaelic Football in Leitrim, Ireland. The successful designer will have first refusal on the complete project layout with a total budget of €1,500-2,000 for the complete work.

We are seeking a test design for the template which will apply to each club, it will be a total of 3 pages, 1 with club information and 2 with player / coach information. There will be a standard look and feel to the entire project which will be replicated for 36 different club profiles just like this one and other pages of content and advertising.

Technical Information
The finished book will be B5 in size allowing for space at the inner folds of the book. For the purposes of this design, Page 1 will be on the right hand side of the fold (Page 65 in the finished book), Page 2/3 (Page 66/67 in the finished book)

This page will introduce the club, display the club crest, A section for a description of the club, the manager / management team and their home ground. Please include a space for the image of the club grounds (there is a sample drone image included).

Text is included in the Sample Text Word Document

Page 2 & 3 Double page
Please see attached samples of player photographs from sticker albums. We need to present the following information for each player. (Please find player details and order of display in the attached excel file.)

Player name, Short Biographic Piece 25-30 words, age, playing position, their image,
Their 2020 Playing record, please display around the image and personal details in three bits of information.
Headings: Grade / Apps / Scores
Information: Senior / Starts (Subs) / 0-00 (Please take this from the excel file included)

Feel free to include or leave out the headings to suit the design.

Where the information is blank for starts, subs or scores please just include a single hyphen / dash to indicate no information.

I'm happy to leave the exact layout open to yourself but ideally we can feature all 36 (33 players & 3 staff) on the double page feature.

We will be looking for the original design file as part of the delivery of the project.

Hello. I have several questions about technical stuff if you don't mind. Firstly, could you tell me your preferred color profile for the project (RGB/CMYK)? Secondly, you said that the size would be B5. Is this the size of a single page? And lastly, do you have a preferred color palette that you would like me to use for the design? And also, what kind of paper are you planning to use?
