Book Info:
• Title of Book: Boost your Balance
• Theme of Book: Exercising for older adults, with a focus on balance and fall prevention. Boost Your Balance is divided into two parts. The first part explains the effects of aging on balance and mobility. The second part contains exercises and workout program descriptions, combining elements of yoga, strength training, coordination training, etc. This is a guidebook for healthy aging and active living.

• Design: I have attached a mock-up that may help you understand the project. Please create your own interesting design that incorporates any of the book’s themes: fitness for older adults, balance, mobility, and/or fall prevention.

Technical Specifications:
• I am open to character design illustrations or more minimalistic designs.
Dimensions: Three different dimensions required (Amazon paperback cover templates attached)
• 8x10 inches,
• 7x10 inches,
• 6.69x9.61inches
• DPI: 300
• Final Procut: PSD with Layers Intact with Amazon cover template Layer included as hidden layer (so I can confirm that it fits)
• Note: Back cover should contain placeholders for Tagline, Blurb, Author bio, Testimonials, barcode according to Amazon template
